Contacting Vicente

Your name, email, requested service, approximate timing, and any notes you provide are used to respond to and plan your photography request. The inquiry form is processed by FormSubmit and delivered to vicente@vs-photos.com. FormSubmit also sends a receipt to the address you enter and may use a spam check. The business email copy remains in the studio mailbox. No payment information is collected through this form, and submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

Basic website measurement

The site records daily totals of page views, inquiry-form interactions, returns from the form service, and clicks on call, text, and email links. Broad source categories such as search, LinkedIn, flyer, referral, email, and direct help show how people find the site. These counts do not identify individual visitors or confirm that a call, email, or booking occurred.

This measurement does not store names, email addresses, IP addresses, full referring URLs, or a persistent visitor identifier. Temporary browser-session storage keeps the source category and avoids recounting the same action during that tab’s session; it also holds an inquiry reference after you submit. It is separate from your submitted contact information. The site honors Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track for these measurements. Aggregate records older than 90 days are removed as measurement activity is processed. Hosting and form providers may keep their own operational logs.

Studio records

Client details, booking progress, payment records, and contract documents are available only through the owner’s private studio workspace. This site does not process card payments.
